This is what I made for breakfast this morning:
This recipe is slightly similar to that on (simpleveganblog.com), however it is slightly different as you can choose to blend all these ingredients together or eat as a meal.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 1 tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. Cinnamon sugar
- 1 ripe beautiful Mango
- 1 Banana
- 4 tbsp. of chia seeds
- 1 cup of any plant based mylk or any milk of preference
HOW TO DO:
- Combine elements together and let sit for 15 minutes so the chia seeds can absorb the mylk content and become easier for digestion.
- If you prefer you can cook the chia seeds like you would oats and make a pudding meal. You can do this by microwaving the mixture without the fruits for about a minute or so, depending on your taste buds and softness texture you want.
- Add in chopped mango and banana. Its so simple and delicious. Also very filling and nutritious.
