Baked Healthy Pancakes

WHAT WE WILL NEED//

  • 2 bananas
  • 4 tbsp. of applesauce
  • 1 packet of Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix

HOW TO DO//

  1. Add bananas to a bowl, mash with a spoon or fork to create soft texture. Then add in one packet of sugar cookie which is gluten free. Also, add in  4 tbsp. of apple sauce to create the absolutely delicious texture.
  2. Scoop out mixture onto a parchment or aluminum foil lined baking tray, repeating this until all mixture is on the baking tray.
  3. Heat up the oven to 350*F and then place your baking tray on the oven rack.
  4. Bake for 9 minutes and let cool down before serving onto a plate and topping with either chocolate syrup or fruits i.e. blueberries, strawberries etc.

The Brain Energizing smoothie

WHAT WE WILL NEED//

  • Almond Butter or any kind of nut butter (which provides the protein needed)
  • 2 bananas (which are great for energy)
  • A handful or less of Spinach (great for the brain)
  • 1 cup or less of water

HOW TO DO//

  1. Blend all produce together, pour in a cup or bottle and you are ready to go.
