Baked Healthy Pancakes

WHAT WE WILL NEED//

  • 2 bananas
  • 4 tbsp. of applesauce
  • 1 packet of Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix

HOW TO DO//

Add in bananas to a bowl, mash with a spoon or fork to create soft texture. Then add in one packet of sugar cookie which is gluten free. Also put in  4 tbsp. of apple sauce to create the most absolutely delicious texture. Put a spoon full of mixture onto a parchment or aluminum foil lined baking tray. Repeat spoonful until all mixture is on baking tray.  Warm up oven to 350*F and then add in your baking tray unto the oven. Bake for 9 minutes and let cool down. then serve unto a plate and top with either chocolate syrup or fruits i.e. blueberries, strawberries etc.


The Brain Energizing smoothie

Almond Butter or any kind of nut butter (which provides the protein needed)

2 bananas (which are great for energy)

a handful or less of Spinach (great for the brain)

1 cup or less of water

Blend all mixture together, pour in a cup or bottle and you are all ready to go.
